Upgrade Your Mobiess App Trial to a Full Account
When you are ready to convert your Mobiess app demo to a full account please submit your details, licence requirements and preferred payment method via the contact form below – we will update your account settings and billing information.
If you would like to pay our monthly app fees via card we will generate an invoice at the start of each month and send it via email with a secure online payment link. Alternatively if you prefer to pay via Direct Debit we will send a mandate via email for your authorisation.
Please note we require your first month to be prepaid in advance via card or bank transfer.

How do I add extra licences?
To add extra licences please email a request with the number of additional licences required to sales@mobiess.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes accounts can be closed at any time by notifying us in writing, typically via email. No additional fees will be charged once we receive your request.
Is my data kept safe, private and secure?
Absolutely yes, we treat all aspects of your data with the highest priority, safety and security. We are proud to have attained Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation. Our privacy policy is available online and we welcome any comments or questions via [email protected].
